The trailer/grip/electric/audio package was assembled to include most items needed for these situations and is offered as a package deal to save producers money. The equipment package can be customized to suit, providing further savings if the job requires a smaller portion of the gear available.
Extended road travel is not a problem, usually even on short notice.
